Now, allow me to provide details about the position and associated responsibilities. The position involves working away from the office for approximately a week (with compensation). This temporary arrangement is due to ongoing structural adjustments in the office space before our USA launch. I understand your interest in the office address, but I kindly ask for your patience until the construction is completed next week. This position is also Hybrid, allowing for remote work. Once the office opens, your responsibilities will include general office desk duties, such as taking calls, forwarding them to the appropriate departments, ordering office supplies, typing necessary contract documents, and handling donation checks on behalf of the company. Additionally, there may be occasional attendance at fundraising dinner parties/auctions at high-profile locations. While attendance is not mandatory, it presents an opportunity to meet important dignitaries and celebrities. Transportation for out-of-city or out-of-state events will be provided.
This is a Full time/Part time position with an annual starting salary of $45,000, accompanied by benefits such as vacations, holiday benefits, and an employee assistance program. During the initial week of remote work, you’ll be involved in processing a donation check for the office construction.
